Please note that any items received for calibration after 20th December cannot be guaranteed to be returned before 2nd January. Our final calibration return dispatch date will be Monday 23rd December, for items received before 20th December. Any items returned during the holiday period will be securely held with Royal Mail and delivered once we reopen on 2nd January.

Once your instrument is back with us, we will inspect, diagnose and will be in contact if any further work outside the scope of our minor repair is required.
