Payment
Here you can add to the basket, pay for your DL9110 Warranty calibration and book your free drop off or collection of your registered product. Re-CAL Calibration is the service and calibration division of the Di-LOG Group; please add the product to your basket, check out, and make payment.
Tracked Return
Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on using the Royal Mail Track Return service.Â
Drop Off or Collection
Instruments can be dropped off at your local post office/sorting office or collected via Royal Mail Track Return service. Your instrument will arrive back with us the next working day, to return to you within 72 hours from receipt. With a turn around of 3-5 days.Â
Return via UPS
When your instrument is ready to be returned, you will be notified via email by our administration team with your tracking number.
